The Australian Constitutional Law Journal was founded in 2021
We are dedicated to the publication of scholarly articles relating to Australian and comparative constitutional law.
The journal seeks submissions from lawyers and academics, on topics that are current within Australian constitutional law. Articles on legal history as well as comparative or International constitutional law are also welcome.
The ACLJ seeks to provide an independent platform for lawyers and academic authors to publish their work. Submissions from both Australian and international authors are encouraged!
We have a small Sydney based team of Editors who manage the journal.
